A governed asset is an approved data or AI record placed under an active retention or lifecycle policy. We count records under governance, not bytes stored.
Derivatives are included
Tracking the summaries, copies, and related records your governed assets produce is core to the product — not a separate meter.
Growth handled with notice and true-up
We notify you before capacity becomes an issue. Plan changes, overages, and expansion are handled through renewal, true-up, or the terms in your agreement.
